Delivery is free of charge for orders over €100 (ex Vat).

A delivery charge of €8.50 plus VAT applies to stationery orders less than €100 (ex Vat).

We deliver Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm (Excluding bank holidays).

Self pick up from our office on weekdays between 8.30am and 5.15pm can be arranged.

We deliver all over Ireland and surrounding areas. Extra delivery charges may apply for remote islands.

General stationary orders placed before 5pm will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days for stocked items.

Any non stocked items go on backorder and will be shipped out as soon as they are back in stock. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days for a backorder to be delivered unless otherwise stated.

You will be contacted regarding all backorders. (Items marked to follow on your docket were not in stock when your order was shipped. These items be marketed as back orders and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. No extra delivery fees will be charged on back orders.

Special Delivery Terms

Special delivery terms apply to the following:

• Furniture:
  All stocked furniture will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days form order. Most furniture is assembled free of charge, ask our sales rep for details.
• Safes:
  Non stocked safes can take 14 to 21 working days for delivery.
  Due to health and safety regulations, extra charges may apply on some safes and a third party delivery might be needed (e.g., a 500kg safe being delivery to 3rd floor without a lift needs expert equipment). Ask our sales rep for details.
• Specials:
  All specials are non returnable. You will be asked to sign a contract regarding your order before confirming order. (Ask rep for details)

Further Information

All deliveries must be signed for. I.e., someone needs to be available to sign for order/delivery. Delivery usually takes between 9am and 5pm. Orders will be delivered by either our own vans or a third party courier.

• Left short on Delivery:
  Please check and see if item is marked to follow. If not please contact our office
